Water is considered as an elixir of life, that divine ‘Amrit’ which can be thought to confer the immortality. But can this elixir of life lead to the end of all living forms? Has this divine source become a curse for all of us?

The rivers, lakes, ponds and ocean which were once the home of all aquatic life forms have now turned into a death toxic hole for all of them. Each minute this toxicity is slowly killing all of us.

Climate is the weather condition prevailing in an area in general or over a long period. Nowadays this globalised and cosmopolitan world is playing a pivotal role and is contributing a lot to climate change. Climate change is not just a phenomenon it’s a critical situation which the world is facing. The rising temperature of climate change led to the ice melts of Greenland realising huge mercury into rivers.

“And now irony of ironies a consensus is building that climate change is the world’s largest security challenge. And no doubt very soon its ‘victims’ will become the ‘enemies’ in the new war”, Arundhati Roy.

Who is responsible for this change in climate? Who is responsible for the death of the living creatures and for making them homeless?

Undoubtedly, it’s only us, the humans with their ever-increasing demand. If humanity’s greenhouse gas emission continues to increase then roughly a third of all marine animals could vanish within 300 years.

“Climate change isn’t something people get to choose to believe or not; it’s happening”, Matt Goetz.

Ocean is the cornerstone of earth’s life support system. They are blue heart of the planet – we must take care of our heart.
