Youth4Water Plus is featured in the “URMI” communication strategy of the Department of Water Resources (DoWR), with youth voices playing a pivotal role in shaping the narrative. The campaign has actively supported government stalls at major public events such as Sisir Mela, Baliyatra, and nationwide initiatives like Swachhata Hi Seva. Additionally, Youth4Water Plus received official consent from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) to serve as a partner for the Odisha Conference of Youth (OCOY).

Key partners of the campaign include the Department of Water Resources (DoWR), Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA), National Service Scheme (NSS), Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), and the Bharat Scouts and Guides.
