Our website provides a platform for schools in India to post teaching and related school job opportunities and for teachers and school professionals to discover and apply for those jobs. All job postings are for a limited time only and will be removed after a maximum of 21 days on the site, subject to conditions.

School here refers to:

  • Registered and recognized schools engaged in K12 education
  • School tutorials
  • School education and training websites and virtual classrooms
  • School teacher training institutions
  • Agencies supporting school education in India, classroom and virtual

Entities from (b) to (e) will be henceforth referred to as Institutions on SchoolX.co.in.

3. Eligibility

  • Schools/Institutions: Must be legally recognized institutions in India.
  • Teachers and Professionals: Must meet the qualifications specified in job postings.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Schools/Institutions:
    • Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and employment duration.
    • Ensure postings comply with applicable laws and do not contain misleading or discriminatory content.
  • Teachers and Professionals:
    • Review job postings carefully before applying.
    • Provide truthful information when contacting schools.

5. Content Ownership

  • Schools retain ownership of the job postings they submit.
  • By posting, schools grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute job listings on our platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job information.
  • Use the platform for purposes unrelated to teaching/school administration/school management recruitment.
  • Engage in abusive, offensive, or unlawful behaviour.

7. Platform Limitations

  • We act only as an intermediary between schools and teachers. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
  • We do not verify the accuracy of job postings beyond basic checks.
  • We do not verify accuracy and integrity of applications submitted in response to our postings.
  • We do not assume responsibility for agreements made between schools and teachers.

8. Data Protection

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or delete content that violate these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

  • We are not liable for any disputes between schools/institutions and applicants, successful or otherwise.
  • We are not liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on job postings.
  • We are not liable for technical issues or downtime of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
